Four things, done properly

I take on work where design and engineering can't be separated. If a project needs a team of eight, I'll tell you and point you somewhere else.

Product interfaces

Dashboards, queues, admin tools. Dense screens that stay legible when the data gets ugly.

Typically 6–10 weeks
Front-end builds

Vue, React, TypeScript, and the boring infrastructure choices that let your team keep shipping after I leave.

Typically 8–14 weeks
Design systems

Tokens, components, and documentation your engineers will actually use — not a Figma library nobody opens.

Typically 6–8 weeks
Accessibility work

WCAG 2.2 AA audits and remediation, with a report that names files and lines, not vague principles.

Typically 2–4 weeks

What we don't do

Staff augmentation or seat-filling on someone else's roadmap
Native mobile apps — I'll refer you to people who do it well
Brand identity from zero, though I'll extend one you have
Anything billed hourly with an open-ended scope

Who does the work

Nicola and Brian do — design, front end, and the application layer behind it. There is no junior tier, no unnamed subcontractor, and no handoff between the person who drew the screen and the person who built it. For work outside that range we bring in a trusted specialist and say so up front.
